Abstract

The emergence of computer technology has created new opportunities and challenges in the field of foreign language learning. Teaching English as a foreign language could not be isolated or separated from implementing technology tools such as blogs. As a result of conducting research on the use of technology tools for enhancing learners’ reading and writing skills in English.
